25 tons of GL Steel Strip to Mongolia

The 25 tons of galvalume steel strips ordered by the Mongolian customer with full payment to Wanzhi Grou have been produced, with a production lead time of 4 days, EXW, and have been loaded from our factory and will be shipped to the customer’s destination soon.

Client’s Background

The customer is a small Mongolia factory, mainly producing large-span building structures. The customer’s factory has limited operating space, so the quantity of each batch is not large, but there is a fixed demand for each batch every month.

The Solution

The client’s project is located in Mongolia. Considering the load, stability, and seismic performance, the client put forward the requirements of high corrosion resistance, high durability, etc. Wanzhi Group‘s SG550 and AZ150 GL steel strips fully meet the client’s needs. In addition, the production lead time for 25 tons is only 3–4 days. Finally, the customer chose EXW, 100% TT prepaid with Wanzhi Group!

Production

We have two aluminium-zinc plating lines, which can produce metal-coated steel with coating thicknesses from 20-350g, with a delivery time of 5–45 days.

Shipment

Galvanised steel strips are packaged in coils after testing according to the customer’s packaging and shipping requirements. When the customer does not specify a test report, our steel is tested at the factory for surface finish and dimensions after production.

The first batch of 25 tons of aluminum-plated Steel Strips has arrived at the customer’s factory, we are very sorry that we can’t share the construction site of the customer’s project with you.
