Wanzhi Steel - Factory
Wanzhi Steel is a Wanzhi Group factory specializing in coated products, including hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, galvalume steel, ZAM steel, prepainted steel and stainless steel,etc. In addition to the production of coils, strips, sheets and plates, we also offer cutting, slitting, profiling, punching, bending and other processing services. Our factory is located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, China, we can provide samples and testing services, welcome to visit our factory.
Galvanized production line
Two production lines for galvanized steel, one line for aluminized zinc/ZAM steel. Factory capacity range: thickness 0.15-6mm, width up to 1250mm, zinc coating weight 30-350g, surface effect: no bloom, regular bloom, large and small bloom, surface treatment: oiled, phosphated, passivated, lacquered. Applications: cold forming, structural, etc.
Prepainted production line
Three color coating production lines. Production range: thickness 0.12-1.5mm, width 600-1250mm, top coat: 10-40 micron, primer 5-20 micron, coating structure: 2/0, 2/1,2/2, 2/1M, 3/1, 3/2, coating: PU, PVDF, SMP, HDP, PVC, etc, surface effect: printing, reticulation, 3D embossing, matte, solid color, etc.. Surface effect: printed, anilox, 3d embossed, matte, solid color, etc. Applications: automotive, home appliances, construction, packaging, transportation, education, etc.
Roofing Production Line
We have a wide range of sheet forming machines for flat sheets, corrugated sheets, trapezoidal sheets, color coated tiles, profiles, curved sheets, ring-shaped sheets, and more. We provide bending, profiling, stamping and molding of sheets and coils for roofing/roofing/wall/appliances for construction and industrial production.
Deep Processing
Wanzhi factory also has slitting machine and leveling and shearing machine. It can complete cold rolled/galvanized/stainless steel/color coated/pickled precision slitting and leveling. Slitting thickness is 0.15-2.5mm, width accuracy ±0.1mm. Leveling thickness is 0.15-2.0mm, length accuracy ±0.5mm.

Wanzhi Group is an expert in supply chain services including raw materials, production, further processing, R&D, quality control, sales, logistics and after-sales services. In addition to production and processing, we have professional QC equipment to accomplish steel surface effect, coating adhesion, chemical and physical properties, such as chemical composition, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, bending test, T-bend test, 180 degree reverse bend test, BAG test, SRI test, coating test, zinc coating test, tolerance test, exposure test, and so on.
