Galvanized Steel Surface Finish
There are four common surface treatments: Passivated galvanized, Glazed galvanized, Paint sealed galvanized, and Phosphated galvanized, It can extend the service life, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of steel coils.
Galvanized Steel Surface Structure
The surface structure of galvanized steel coils with a thickness of up to 3.0 mm can be customized according to requirements, e.g. GI zero spangle or regular spangle steel. When the thickness of the steel exceeds 3.0 mm, a hot-dip galvanizing process is used, which results in the formation of zinc splashes on the surface, e.g. small spangle, large spangle, regular spangle.
