GL Aluminum-zinc Alloy Coated Steel FAQ
The composition of GI and GL coatings is different, so there are differences in mechanical properties, chemical properties, application scenarios and costs.
Solution: Spray zinc-rich paint (zinc content ≥92%) or epoxy primer to seal the cutting surface.
Improper surface treatment of the substrate, defective plating process, external mechanical damage, and environmental erosion can cause the coating to peel off or flake off the surface of the aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate.
