Client Factory and Product Inspection
After selecting Wanzhi Group from numerous suppliers, the client immediately placed an order for two expandable prefab homes as a trial order. He planned to visit China in November for an inspection and wished to personally conduct the final acceptance at Wanzhi Factory. We completed production on schedule. Upon arrival, the client conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection, gaining in-depth understanding of our production processes, quality management system, and raw material standards. They performed final acceptance of the two custom-built prefab homes and provided high praise.
Expandable Prefab Homes Production & Shipment
The entire process from order placement to production completion took only 30 days. The two units shipped were not standard base models. The client specifically selected upgraded kitchen and bathroom configurations along with customized exterior wall treatments to meet their unique requirements. We offer flexible customization services covering interior design, layout, and exterior aesthetics. Currently, these units have departed from Qingdao Port in China, with an estimated sea transport time of approximately two months. Upon arrival in Spain, our engineers will provide remote installation guidance to the client.
