Client’s Background
The customer is a small Mongolia factory, mainly producing large-span building structures. The customer’s factory has limited operating space, so the quantity of each batch is not large, but there is a fixed demand for each batch every month.
The Solution
The client’s project is located in Mongolia. Considering the load, stability, and seismic performance, the client put forward the requirements of high corrosion resistance, high durability, etc. Wanzhi Group‘s SG550 and AZ150 GL steel strips fully meet the client’s needs. Production
We have two aluminium-zinc plating lines, which can produce metal-coated steel with coating thicknesses from 20-350g, with a delivery time of 5–45 days.
Shipment
Galvanised steel strips are packaged in coils after testing according to the customer’s packaging and shipping requirements. When the customer does not specify a test report, our steel is tested at the factory for surface finish and dimensions after production.
