Good news! At the “UzBuild 2025” building materials’ exhibition, a customer from Tajikistan signed a contract with us for 50 tons of wrinkled Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel (PPGI) coils. This is the first customer we have collaborated with at this exhibition!
Client’s Background
The client is a trading company in Tajikistan mainly engaged in importing and distributing steel. We sent an invitation to the client after confirming their participation in the exhibition held in Uzbekistan. The customer was invited to our booth to meet with our overseas sales manager. At the same time, we brought samples of several types of Textured PPGI coils that the customer was planning to purchase. After confirming the samples, the customer signed a contract with us for 50 tons.
Solution – 50 tons of Textured PPGI coils
According to the customer’s application and purchasing requirements, we offered a cost-effective solution for PPGI coils, resulting in the purchase of 50 tons of prepainted galvanized steel coils (PPGI coils) in 5 different colors and sizes, including white and grey. (The samples we provided to the customer are the colors and specifications of the coils we produced for the Azerbaijani customer; the colors are red and green for the customer’s quality control. )
Production and Quality Inspection of Textured PPGI Coils
The production of textured PPGI coils consists of substrate treatment, galvanizing, coating, embossing, curing, etc. Textured embossing is a key step, which is done by feeding the galvanized steel into the embossing rollers after the galvanized steel has been coated with paint, and the texture of the embossing rollers can be customized. The quality control of textured-painted galvanized steel coils includes surface finish, coating quality, salt spray resistance, adhesion, texture uniformity, texture depth, abrasion resistance, and more. Wanzhi Group can provide free samples before ordering and accept third-party testing organizations such as SGS, BV, etc. to inspect the goods in our factory after the production is completed.
