Full Hard Anti-Fingerprint Galvalume Steel employs a “composite structure design,” using fully hardened cold-rolled low-carbon steel as the substrate, plated with a 55%Al + 43.5%Zn + 1.5%Si alloy coating, and coated with a fingerprint-resistant coating. The layers are tightly bonded, achieving an adhesion level of 0 (no peeling in the cross-cut test), thus avoiding quality problems such as delamination and blistering.
