Our Galvalume Steel Factory employs highly intelligent production processes. The facility holds ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, ensuring every roll of galvalume steel product meets international standards (such as ASTM A792, EN 10346) and stringent customer requirements. 1 Continuous Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Production Line: Fully automated control throughout the entire process: “Pre-treatment – Coating – Cooling – Finishing”.
- Substrate Pre-treatment Stage: Ensures thorough substrate cleaning and uniform annealing.
- Aluminum-zinc coating process: Utilizes continuous hot-dip coating technology, immersing pretreated substrates into molten aluminum-zinc baths at approximately 590°C. Precise control of zinc pot temperature and immersion rollers guarantees uniform and stable coating adhesion.
- Cooling Process: Utilizes a staged cooling system (initial water mist cooling followed by air cooling) to prevent substrate deformation caused by excessive temperature differentials.
- Finishing: Advanced stretch leveling machines effectively improve sheet form and ensure product flatness.
- Quality Inspection: Equipped with an online surface defect detection system for real-time monitoring of coating thickness and surface quality. Finished products undergo laboratory salt spray testing and adhesion testing before release.
- Post-Treatment: Fully automated passivation, oil coating, and drying equipment provide superior protection against white rust.
