Galvalume Steel Strip Advantages
Corrosion Resistance: Galvalume steel strip offers 2-6 times the corrosion resistance of ordinary galvanized steel strip.
Heat Resistance: It withstands long-term use at temperatures up to 315°C without discoloration, and its color change after 120 hours at 300°C is significantly lower than that of aluminum-coated steel.
Heat Reflectivity: Reflectivity > 0.70, twice that of galvanized steel and exceeding the EPA Energy Star standard (0.65).
Mechanical Properties: Yield strength (230-400 MPa), tensile strength (230-550 MPa), and elongation (15-45%) are all superior to those of ordinary galvanized steel (yield strength 140-300 MPa, tensile strength 200-330 MPa).
Cut Edge Protection: The zinc content in the galvalume coating protects cut edges, scratches, and drilled holes.
