The 1,200 tons of RAL 7035 HDP-coated PPGI coil ordered by our Iranian client from Wanzhi Group has been fully produced. Currently, this batch has passed the client’s on-site inspection, completed packaging and warehousing, and is ready for shipment from Wanzhi Factory’s warehouse to the designated Iranian client’s facility.
Customer Acceptance
Wanzhi Group provides material certificates, quality inspection reports, and video documentation for every batch of PPGI steel produced. We also support third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, BV, TUV, or the customer’s team in China conducting factory acceptance inspections.
Factory Full-Scope Self-Inspection
Prior to customer acceptance, Wanzhi Group’s quality control team completed comprehensive testing on the entire 1,200-ton coil batch. Testing encompasses core metrics including base material grade (DX51D), zinc coating weight, coating thickness (front ≥25μm), color difference accuracy (ΔE≤1), coating adhesion (cross-hatch adhesion test ≥Grade 1), and salt spray resistance. All test data is documented to ensure 100% compliance with product specifications.
Customer On-site Sampling Re-inspection
The Iranian client dispatched a professional quality inspection team to our production base. Together with Wanzhi’s technical team, they verified the complete documentation, including material certificates, factory inspection reports, and coating performance test data. Subsequently, they conducted on-site sampling inspections using specialized equipment at the factory to re-test critical indicators such as coating thickness, adhesion, and hardness. All test results closely matched our factory’s self-inspection data, fully meeting the client’s technical requirements.
