This shipment is now fully packed to export standards and stored in our warehouse, ready for shipment from Qingdao Port, China, to the client’s factory in Iraq!
SGS Third-Party Authoritative Inspection
Wanzhi Group’s coated steel supports both client factory acceptance and third-party on-site inspections. As the client requested material certificates and SGS certification early in the order process, our factory team immediately invited SGS inspectors to conduct full on-site supervision and sampling tests upon production completion. SGS engineers systematically tested critical indicators including substrate material, coating weight, coating thickness, color difference accuracy, adhesion, and corrosion resistance. All data met contractual and technical agreement requirements. Wanzhi Steel Factory’s team also provided complete material certificates, in-house inspection reports, and coating performance test records for verification by SGS and the client team.
Factory-Wide Quality Control
Regardless of whether the client requires SGS inspection, our factory’s quality control department conducts comprehensive testing on all products. Prior to the arrival of the inspection agency commissioned by the Iraqi client, we conducted full-process self-inspection on the 2,000-ton batch of PPGL coils and synchronized the results with the client. Self-inspection covered substrate grade (DX51D+AZ150), aluminized zinc coating weight, pretreatment process, coating uniformity, weather resistance, and other items, ensuring every coil met factory standards.
Customer Feedback
The client has now received our self-inspection results and the SGS inspection certificate. They expressed satisfaction with our production process control, quality management system, coating color, flatness, and mechanical properties. Following the arrival of this batch of color-coated coils at the client’s factory, we will commence the second phase of our collaboration.
