Production Process
Cold rolled steel coil → degreasing → pickling → galvanizing → passivation → primer coating → top coating → curing → cooling → testing → winding and packaging
- Raw material for cold rolled steel coils: we have stock in our factory.
- Hot-dip galvanizing: Continuous hot-dip galvanizing process, according to the demand of the steel surface coated with a uniform layer of zinc (zinc layer thickness z30-350g / m²).
- Pre-treatment: Chemical conversion treatment
- Coating process: Apply a primer and a topcoat on the passivated hot-dip galvanized steel surface using a roller coating process.
- Baking, curing, and cooling: The coating is cured on the galvanized steel surface in a curing oven and then cooled.
- Quality Inspection: PPGI is produced in rolls and randomly selected PPGI coils are tested for coating thickness, adhesion, color difference, and salt spray resistance.
