DX52D Galvanized Steel is a European standard EN10346 hot-dip galvanized steel grade with the best comprehensive cost performance for medium-depth stamping (automotive interior parts, building brackets), maintaining ≥22% elongation at a yield strength of ≥140MPa. At the same time, as a cold-rolled weldable hot-dip galvanized steel, DX52D GI steel coil and sheet can withstand stamping, bending and other processing, and is widely used in construction, industry, automobile and other fields.

DX52D GI Steel Surface Treatment and Effect
Coating type
- Zinc coating thickness: 20-350 g/㎡, which can be controlled by adjusting the dipping time.
- Surface structure: smooth (smooth surface) or spangle (increase coating adhesion).
- Coating system: DX52D+Z pure zinc (99%Zn), DX52D+AZ aluminum zinc (55%Al-43.4%Zn-1.6%Si), DX52D+ZAM zinc aluminum magnesium (Zn-6%Al-3%Mg)
Additional surface treatment
- Chemical treatment: passivation (chromate or chromium-free passivation)/phosphating to improve corrosion resistance.
- Oil coating: reduce friction damage during storage and transportation.
