Return Time

Customized products do not support unconditional returns.

Product Status Requirements

Returnable Conditions:
The product is unused, undamaged, and the complete packaging (including labels, accessories, and gifts) is retained.

Non-returnable situations:
Man-made damage (such as scratches, disassembly), missing accessories.
Size/color discrepancies due to non-quality issues (it is recommended to refer to the size table on the details page before placing an order).

Refund Method

Full refund: The product has quality problems or is sent wrongly/missed.
Partial refund: Minor defects but do not affect use (negotiation is required by both parties).
Exchange/Points: Free exchange or exchange for store vouchers is supported (customer consent is required).

Shipping responsibility

We bear: product quality problems, logistics damage or wrong shipment.
Customer’s responsibilities: unconditional return, wrong size/color selection (free shipping option for in-store pickup is available).
