Surface Quality
- 2B Surface Confirmation: Ensure the steel surface has a uniform silver-white cold-rolled bright finish, free from defects such as oxidation, scratches, pits, and roll marks.
- Cleanliness Check: The surface is clean and free of oil stains, meeting subsequent processing requirements.
Dimensional Accuracy
- Thickness Control: Thickness tolerances for 1.4mm and 1.2mm strictly controlled within ±0.03mm to ensure material consistency.
- Width Tolerance: Precisely controlled according to the customized width to meet the client’s subsequent slitting or stamping needs.
- Coil Weight Control: Single coil weight ≤ 2.5 tons, facilitating the client’s handling and processing.
Chemical Composition & Mechanical Properties
- 304 Material: Chromium (18%) and Nickel (8%) content meet standards, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and processability.
- 201 Material: Manganese partially substitutes for nickel, providing higher cost-effectiveness while maintaining basic corrosion resistance.
- Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength and elongation are verified through sampling inspection using a universal testing machine.
Coiling & Packaging
- Coiling Tension: Evenly controlled to avoid loose coils or edge bending.
- Packaging Protection: Moisture-proof paper + plastic film + steel strip strapping to ensure safety during long-distance transportation.
