Substrate
The substrate determines the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance lifespan of PPGI steel. Pre-painted steel typically uses cold-rolled low-carbon steel as raw material, which is coated with a pure zinc layer or zinc-aluminium alloy layer through a hot-dip galvanising process.
