Wanzhi Group has 7 production lines, the factory has a strict quality control system, from raw material purchasing to steel production, deep processing has a systematic quality management method, in order to improve the production efficiency at the same time, to ensure the quality.
Certificates - Wanzhi
Wanzhi Steel factory has been certified by ISO 9001 and other international standards for its strict quality control procedures. The raw materials (cold rolled steel/hot rolled steel) that we purchase for steel production come from well-known steel suppliers in China. The quality of the raw materials is stable, and we have a sample room to keep a record of every batch of coated steel produced in the factory.
Product Quality Inspection
Wanzhi Group‘s galvanized steel, color coated steel, stainless steel and other products are tested for coating thickness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, coating hardness, surface appearance, bending properties, thermal stability, chemical stability, and contamination resistance, and the results of these tests are sent to customers.
Quality Feedback
Wanzhi Group attaches great importance to customer’s feedback, and actively solves problems in the process of application, helping customers to solve problems and optimize products. As a result, half of our annual customers are repeat customers, and we have a number of galvanized and PPGI steel customers who have worked with us more than 20 times.
