The 18th batch of ppgi coils with a customer in Libya has been delivered. The 18th batch comprises 3,000 tonnes of prepainted galvanized steel coil in two colours. This is not the first Libyan customer who has been working with us for a long time, and we are honored that our Libyan customers have recognized the quality of our coils and the service we provide.
Order Details of PPGI Coil in Libya
The customer is a local supplier of PPGI coils, we have cooperated with many orders of 100 tonnes, mainly in four colours: RAL 5002, RAL 5005, RAL 9003, RAL 9006. This time, the customer’s project required a large amount of prepainted galvanized steel coil, out of trust in us, he immediately sent us samples, to ensure that the colors meet the needs of the immediate conclusion of the cooperation.

Production of 3,000 Tonnes of PPGI
The delivery time for this order was 45 days, but to complete the delivery as soon as possible, we started the production in two lines simultaneously.
Quality Inspection
After production, our factory tests the coils for dimensions, coating thickness, bending properties, etc., as well as for colour comparisons, and sends the results to the Libyan customer. Packaging and delivery are arranged after the customer’s requirements have been met.
Packaging and Delivery
The Libyan customer didn’t want the packaging to carry Wanzhi‘s logo, so we used the most common shipping packaging. (After the products start to ship, we will synchronize the shipping news to the customer every week.)
