Customer Acceptance Process
- Document Verification: Check whether documents such as the quality certificate, packing list, and bill of lading are consistent with the actual goods.
- Visual Inspection: Randomly uncoil several rolls to inspect surface quality, color uniformity, and packaging integrity.
- Dimension Re-measurement: Measure thickness with a micrometer and width with a tape measure to ensure they are within tolerance.
- Performance Re-testing: Conduct on-site inspections of coating thickness, adhesion, and salt spray resistance.
- Sample Sealing: Wanzhi Factory’s sample room retains sealed samples from the same batch for customer comparison.
- Warehouse Management: Visit the warehouse to confirm clear identification of steel coils and secure packaging.
Turkish Customer Feedback
The 5,000 tons of Galvalume and PPGL products purchased by the Turkish customer this time are primarily intended for distribution in the local building materials market. During the acceptance process, the customer focused on verifying the color difference, mechanical properties, and coating weather resistance of samples across different thickness specifications.
