Aluzinc Coils Process
Wanzhi Group has one aluzinc coils production line, which provides production, processing and further processing services of aluminum zinc coated steel with an average monthly output of 10,000 tons, including aluzinc rolls, aluzinc profiles, aluzinc tubes, color coated aluzinc and so on.
Production
Raw Material Coil -> Uncoiler -> Alkaline Cleaning Tank -> Acid Cleaning Tank -> Reduction Furnace -> Aluminum Zinc Plating Tank -> Air Knife System -> Cooling Tower -> Passivation Tank -> Winding Machine
Cold rolled steel as raw material is degreased, acid washed and coated with a uniform aluminum zinc alloy coating on the surface of the steel material, which is then cooled down and rolled up to be ready for use.
Processing
Aluminum-zinc alloy coils production line, we also have precision slitting and cold forming equipment. The width tolerance of the slitting machine is ±0.1mm, and the length tolerance is ±0.5mm. The molding equipment can process all kinds of aluzinc materials according to the customer’s requirements.
Further Processing
We have three painting lines, and laminating lines, mainly for the production of painted aluminum-zinc coils PPGL coil and sandwich panels. Color, paint, paint film, surface treatment, core material of sandwich panel can be customized according to requirements.
