Production Process of RAL 3009 PPGI/PPGL Coil
- Substrate Preparation: High-quality hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel coils are selected as substrates, and the surface is cleaned to remove oil, rust, and other impurities.
- Coating Treatment:
- Hot-Dip Galvanizing: The substrate is immersed in molten zinc to form a protective zinc layer, enhancing corrosion resistance.
- Galvalume Coating: Similar to hot-dip galvanizing, but using an aluminum-zinc alloy for improved weather resistance.
- Coating Application: A specialized RAL 3009 paint is applied to the surface of the coated steel coil, typically using electrostatic spraying or roller coating techniques to ensure an even application and strong adhesion.
