Process

  1. Pre-treatment: degreasing, acid washing, water washing. Pre-treatment: Degreasing, acid washing, and water washing (to remove impurities on the steel surface).
  2. Zinc plating: Immerse the substrate in the electrolytic solution, and energize it to deposit zinc ions on the steel surface.
  3. Post-treatment: passivation, oiling and drying. (Enhance the corrosion resistance of steel, and prevent oxidation.)
