- Roll Forming: The core process, which continuously roll-forms bare galvalume coils into various profiles such as corrugated, trapezoidal, and standing seam types through a profiling machine.
- Cutting & Slitting: Cut to fixed lengths or slit into different widths according to customer requirements.
- Bending & Folding: Edging, end closing, and internal/external corner processing for easier installation and overlapping.
- Punching & Perforating: Drilling screw holes, ventilation holes, drainage holes, etc.
- Curving / Arch Bending: Forming curved sheets specially used for curved roofs and arched canopies.
