DC01 Cold-rolled Steel is a low-carbon, low-sulfur, low-phosphorus cold-rolled steel primarily composed of iron, carbon, and manganese, with a small amount of aluminum. It has low impurity content and excellent machining performance. “DC” designation indicates cold drawing, making it suitable for processes such as cold forming, bending, and stretching. “01” denotes the grade of formability, which is commonly used in hardware, home appliances, and structural components.

DC01 cold rolled steel is manufactured through a series of processes: hot rolling and pickling, cold rolling, annealing for softening, skin passing and oiling, as well as precision cutting and finishing. It features high surface accuracy and excellent formability.
