Last month, a Mauritanian customer purchased 50 tons of DX51D Z275 galvanized steel coils from Wanzhi Group. Recently, the customer, accompanied by his agent, visited our modern production base in Boxing County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, for a one-day in-depth tour and exchange.
Customer Itinerary
This visit was based on a prior cooperation agreement. Through on-site inspection, the customer comprehensively reviewed our entire process, from raw materials and production technology to quality control, and confirmed the production schedule for the first batch of DX51D Z275 galvanized steel coil. The customer highly recognized Wanzhi Factory’s product quality and management system.
- Source Control: Visit to the substrate warehouse and galvanizing line, emphasizing raw material inventory.
- Quality Management: Introduction to our sample room, ISO system, full traceability system, and factory inspection reports for each coil of galvanized steel.
- Finished Products and Warehousing: Showcasing the clean finished product warehouse, professional packaging processes, and PPGL coils soon to be shipped to Iraq.
