Wanzhi Group’s galvanized steel is mainly hot-dipped galvanized and electro-galvanized to form a uniform protective layer of zinc on the surface of hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel.
Galvanizing
Hot Dipped Galvanizing
- Processing: Degreasing of steel coil –> Reduction annealing –> Immersion in zinc solution at 460℃ –> Air Knife Thickness Control –> Cooling and curing
- Performance: Good ductility, scratch resistance, high hardness, thicker coating.
- Finished products: regular spangle galvanized roll, large spangle galvanized roll, small spangle galvanized roll
Electro zinc plating
- Process: Electrolytic degreasing –> Pickling activation –> Electroplating bath –> Current deposition of zinc –> Passivation closure
- Performance: Uniformity (±0.5μm)

- Finished product: smooth galvanized roll (free zinc spangle)
