Production process of PPGI Steel Roll
Substrate pre-treatment: degreasing → phosphating/chromating → drying to ensure a clean and active surface.
- First select the appropriate substrate material (e.g. galvanized steel sheet, aluminum-zinc alloy steel sheet, etc.) and carry out surface cleaning to remove oil, rust and other impurities.
Coating process: Roll Coating (Roll Coating) → Curing
- After the substrate is cleaned, it enters the coating process. Common coating methods include roller coating, spraying, dip coating, etc. The coating materials are usually polyester (PE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), silicone-modified polyester (SMP), and so on.
- After the coating is completed, the substrate needs to be dried at high temperature to ensure that the coating is firmly combined with the substrate to form a strong protective layer.
