PVDF Coating
PVDF paint is a kind of high-performance paint mixed with PVDF resin and other pigments and additives, it has the characteristics of high weathering, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, high-temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, and so on, it is a popular color-coated steel coating material. PPGI steel chooses PVDF paint as the coating not only can protect the steel against most of the acid, alkali, salt, and other corrosive substances, but also can withstand the impact and enhance the abrasion resistance of steel.

Substrates
The substrates of PPGI steel are cold-rolled/hot-rolled steel with hot-dip galvanising treatment. The thickness of the zinc layer on the substrate can be customized according to the requirements of the project.
Color
The colors of our PPGI steel are based on the RAL color card and can be adjusted according to the sample. In addition to solid-colored coils, we also have wood, floral, brick, grass/stripe, and other patterns that can be customized, please feel free to leave a message for samples!
Paint
In addition to PVDF coating, we also provide PE, PVC, PU, SMP, HDP, and other materials of the coating, with different coatings anti-corrosion life of 15–30 years.
