Production Process of Metal Profiled Sheet
- Raw Material Preparation: Select qualified GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL steel coils with specified thickness and coating weight as raw substrates.
- Raw Material Inspection: Check coil surface coating, thickness flatness and quality certificates to eliminate defective coils.
- Uncoiling & Feeding: Unwind steel coils and feed flat steel strips into the profiling production line steadily.
- Roller Cold Bending Forming: Pass flat metal through multi-group roller molds to cold-form trapezoidal, corrugated, standing-seam and other custom waveforms.
- Fixed-Length Cutting: Cut shaped metal sheets into customized lengths according to customer requirements.
