Steel Grade

Coating Type

PPGL Steel Strip – Slitted
Slitting is a core processing step for PPGL Steel Strip. Our factory relies on dedicated strip steel slitting equipment and coating protection processes to achieve “high precision, zero damage, and high efficiency” slitting, differentiating us from ordinary slitting service providers.
Advantages
- Equipment: High-precision CNC PPGL strip slitter and slitting machine ensure smooth, burr-free cuts, no edge wave, and no coating peeling.
- Coating: The Aluzinc coating and color coating maintain the original coil’s anti-corrosion performance during strip tension and deformation; salt spray test results are consistent with the original coil.
- Coiling: The inner diameter of the slit strip coil can be customized to standard specifications of 508mm/610mm, and the coil weight can be adjusted from 0.5 to 10 tons as needed.
- Efficiency: A single machine can simultaneously slit one wide PPGL master coil into multiple coils of different widths, meeting the customer’s demand for multiple specifications in one go.
- Finished Product Inspection: After slitting, each coil of strip undergoes three inspections: dimensional tolerance, surface quality, and edge treatment. Non-conforming products are directly reworked to ensure delivered PPGL strip is flawless and ready for immediate deep processing.
