Corrugated Galvanized Steel Sheet Manufacturing Process
This process refers to the full production workflow for processing galvanized steel sheets (available in both coil and flat sheet forms) into corrugated roofing panels, covering uncoiling, leveling, roll forming, cutting, inspection and packaging.
- Continuous Roll Forming (Coil-to-Sheet Process): Hot-dip galvanized steel coils are directly processed through continuous roll forming equipment. The finished products feature a corrugation profile accuracy deviation of ≤0.5mm, excellent dimensional stability, superior overall flatness, and high production efficiency.
- Flat Sheet Press Forming (Sheet-to-Sheet Process): Hot-dip galvanized steel coils are first cut into flat sheets of specified dimensions , followed by press forming. This process eliminates the need for post-forming cutting, easily accommodates customized requirements for special specifications, and avoids deformation issues that are prone to occur during roll forming of thick steel sheets.
