Netted Series PPGI Steel Classification

Based on the surface effects of PPGI steel, Netted Series PPGI steel can be divided into embossed mesh surfaces with a distinct concave and convex feel, and smooth printed surfaces.

Embossing: Embossing PPGI coil uses a mesh-textured embossing roller to create a three-dimensional pattern on the surface of the pre-coated sheet before the coating is fully cured. This pattern is then fully cured. This primarily provides anti-slip properties and enhances rigidity.

Printing: Printed PPGI steel uses a special roller coating or printing process to create a mesh pattern directly onto the pre-coated surface. This creates a visual grid effect while remaining smooth to the touch. This is primarily for decorative purposes and offers a lower cost.
