Substrate Selection
Unlike ordinary color-coated steel sheets (PPGI), PPGL specifically refers to color-coated products using aluminized zinc steel sheets (Aluzinc/GL) as the substrate. Its core advantage stems from the aluminized zinc substrate.
- Standard Aluzinc Steel (GL/55%Al-Zn): The core substrate of PPGL, containing 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and a 1.6% silicon alloy coating.
