Before placing the order, the customer asked its agent in China to inspect the product quality, production lines, processing equipment, and relevant quality certification documents at Wanzhi Group’s factory. Features and Processing Capabilities of DX51D+Z100 GI Coils
DX51D is a cold-forming steel grade specified under EN 10346, suitable for bending and profiling applications. DX51D+Z100 galvanized steel coils combine good corrosion protection with good cold-forming performance. The zinc coating helps protect the steel substrate, while the DX51D grade offers good ductility and suitable surface quality for subsequent forming and fabrication. The 1.4 × 1250 mm and 1.8 × 1250 mm sizes provide different thickness and stiffness options for various fabrication needs.
