Using premium galvalume steel substrates (cold-rolled steel + aluzinc coating), they undergo rigorous cleaning and chemical pretreatment. High-precision roll coating equipment then uniformly applies liquid coatings (polyester, silicone-modified polyester, high-durability polyester, PVDF, etc.) onto the substrate surface via high-precision roll coating equipment, followed by high-temperature baking and curing.
