How Is Zero Spangle Galvanized Sheet Coil Produced?
Zero spangle galvanized coil is produced by hot-dip galvanizing. Clean steel substrate is soaked in molten zinc. With special grain refiners and fast cooling, zinc crystal formation is controlled to remove spangles. Final leveling and passivation create a smooth, uniform and anti-corrosion surface.
