PPGL Roofing Sheets Manufacturing Process
Raw galvalume steel coils firstly go through degreasing, cleaning and surface passivation treatment, then are coated with primer and topcoat before high-temperature curing and cooling. After quality inspection, the painted steel sheets are cold-rolled into trapezoidal shapes, cut into required sizes, and finally carefully packaged for transportation and delivery.
