Recently, Wanzhi Group successfully completed the production and inspection of 120 tons of prepainted galvanized steel coils (PPGI) in RAL 7024 (Graphite Grey) and RAL 8019 (Grey Brown). The coils were transported from Wanzhi Steel, Wanzhi Group’s factory in Shandong Province, China, to Irkeshtam Port. This batch is intended for processing into corrugated roofing sheets and wall panels.
Customer Background
The customer operates a local metal sheet processing factory in Kyrgyzstan. They source color-coated steel coils, galvanized steel, and other building metal products from China for further processing and local sales.
After researching and comparing suppliers, the customer contacted Wanzhi Group and reviewed our production facilities, certifications, and export experience online. The customer emphasized two key quality requirements for the color-coated coils: consistent color across the matte surface and a paint coating that would not crack during subsequent processing.
To verify product quality, the customer requested samples for testing. After evaluating and approving the samples, the customer ultimately placed this order with Wanzhi Group.

Factory Production and Quality Control
Wanzhi Steel manufactured these 120 tons of textured prepainted galvanized steel coils on its color coating production line. We selected high-quality galvanized steel substrates and confirmed the RAL 7024 and RAL 8019 colors with the customer before production.
The production took 15 days. Throughout this period, Wanzhi monitored production quality and shared production videos and photos with the customer to keep them updated on progress.
Quality Inspection and Certification
After production, Wanzhi inspected the finished PPGI coils for thickness, width, color consistency, paint film thickness, coating adhesion, and flexibility. These checks ensured that the products met the customer’s requirements for dimensions, appearance, and further processing. A Material Test Certificate (MTC) is provided, and third-party inspections by SGS, BV, and other independent agencies are available upon request. Packaging and Shipping
Each color coated steel coil weighs 4–5 tons and has an inner diameter of 610 mm. Wanzhi uses standard export packaging, including waterproof plastic film, protective steel sheets, steel strapping, and wooden pallets. This packaging helps protect the coils against moisture, scratches, impact, and movement during handling and transportation.
The 120-ton order was loaded into five 20-foot containers. The shipment was transported to Irkeshtam Port before onward delivery to the customer’s factory.
