150-ton PPGI Coil Production and Inspection
The customer provided detailed requirements for the PPGI coils, including specifications, colors, and applications. After receiving the order, Wanzhi Steel Factory started production. Wanzhi Factory operates three PPGI production lines and maintains sufficient raw material stock. The 150-ton PPGI order was completed within 15 working days.
After production, our quality control team inspected key indicators, including color difference, salt spray resistance, coating thickness, and bending performance. All tested results met the specified requirements. According to the customer’s requirements, we provide Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) and relevant inspection reports.
