Galvanizing Process of GI Rectangular Tube

- Hot-Dip Galvanizing: The procedure first treats rectangular tubes via degreasing and acid pickling to eliminate oil, rust and oxide scale. Flux coating covers tube surfaces to block re-oxidation. Full immersion in high-temperature molten zinc builds a thick, tightly adherent zinc layer. Subsequent steps include water cooling, passivation and rigorous quality inspection. This process delivers outstanding anti-corrosion performance for outdoor projects.
- Electro Galvanizing: Tubes are degreased and polished for a smooth base, then activated with acid to remove micro oxides. A thin, bright zinc film is deposited on the surface by electrolysis. After sealing passivation, surface appearance and coating uniformity are checked. It features a glossy finish, mostly for indoor light-duty applications.
