The Cameroon customer is a local building materials processing and trading company. It mainly serves construction, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Based on local climate conditions and market demands, the customer required prepainted steel sheets with excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, durability, and mechanical performance. After the first order was delivered, Wanzhi Group’s prepainted steel sheets were verified through processing tests and practical applications. The products met the customer’s quality requirements. Satisfied with the product performance and service, the customer placed another order for 150 tons of prepainted steel sheets. The products will be further processed into corrugated sheets for the local market.

Production of 150 Tons PPGI Steel Sheets
Wanzhi Group has 3 color-coated steel production lines and 2 galvanized steel production lines, ensuring stable production capacity for large orders. The production process includes surface pretreatment, continuous coating, and high-temperature curing to ensure uniform coating performance and product quality.
For this 150-ton PPGI steel sheet order, Wanzhi Group produced products according to customer requirements, using DX51D galvanized steel substrate with Z100/Z275 coating, 38μm front paint film, 20μm back paint film, and customized RAL colors. After production and inspection, the PPGI steel sheets were packed on wooden pallets with anti-rust plastic film and steel strapping to ensure safe handling and transportation during overseas shipment.
Quality Inspection of PPGI Steel Sheets
