Factory Inspection & Quality Control
Surface quality, dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and coating performance are strictly inspected before shipment. The galvanized coating thickness, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, and bending performance all comply with international standards such as ASTM, GB, JIS, and EN.
All shipments are accompanied by Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and inspection reports. Third-party inspections conducted by SGS, BV, and TÜV are available upon request.
Steel sheets are stacked on wooden pallets with layered timber supports and securely fastened with steel straps. This ensures stable stacking, prevents deformation, and protects against scratches, moisture, and corrosion during long-distance ocean transportation.
