The client is an Algerian HVAC parts manufacturer requiring galvanized steel coils for air conditioner component production. Factory Production and Inspection
Wanzhi Group produced 60 tons of DX51D+Z275 regular spangle galvanized steel coils through its professional galvanizing production line. The production was completed within approximately 5 days, followed by quality inspection before shipment. During production, Wanzhi kept the customer updated on progress through photos and videos. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and quality inspection reports were provided before shipment, with third-party inspections such as SGS and BV also available.
