Production and Quality Inspection
The 86 tons of zero spangle galvanized steel sheets were produced within 14 days at Wanzhi’s production base. During production, the client joined online video meetings to check the production line and manufacturing process. Wanzhi Group conducted strict quality inspections before delivery, including dimensional inspection, zinc coating thickness testing, surface quality checks, and mechanical property tests. The client required the Mill Test Certificate (MTC), which was provided with the shipping documents before shipment. Packaging photos were also sent for customer confirmation. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV, and other authorized organizations are also available upon request.
Package and Delivery
The customer required safe and reliable packaging for transportation. The galvanized steel sheets were packed with wooden pallets, protective wrapping, and steel straps to prevent damage during loading and delivery. This batch is expected to arrive in Serbia in September. We will share further updates according to the customer’s requirements after delivery.
