Color-coated Galvanized Steel Coil Composition
Color-coated galvanized steel coil consists of a substrate (cold-rolled steel), a galvanized layer, a chemical conversion layer, a primer, and a topcoat. It is a composite material with a multilayered organic coating, combining the advantages of steel, zinc, and functional paint, and can maintain a service life of 10–30 years in indoor, industrial, and industrial applications.

Process
- Hot dip galvanizing: Cold rolled steel is immersed in a zinc solution at 450-460°C. The hot dip galvanizing process creates a chemical reaction on the surface of the steel to form a homogeneous zinc layer.
- Roller application of organic coating: After chromate/chrome-free passivation, the hot-dip galvanized steel is roller-coated with primer and topcoat.
- Baking and curing: 220-250℃ high-temperature baking, so that the coating and galvanized steel are tightly combined.
- Quality inspection: Film thickness meter to measure the uniformity of the coating → Appearance quality → Physical property test → Corrosion resistance test → Color difference inspection
